Lightly, the grease is diluted and leaked, and the bearing is damaged, causing economic losses to the user. The reason for the high temperature of the motor bearing and the treatment method are briefly described below.
1. Bearing damage should be replaced.
2. The grease grade is incorrect or too much or too little. General application of No. 3 lithium base grease or No. 3 complex calcium base grease, ZL3 (SY1412-75) or complex calcium base grease. After cleaning the bearing and cover, add grease to a volume of about 1/2 of the net volume.
3. The sliding bearing lubricant is not enough or has impurities, or the oil ring is stuck and should be repaired.
4. The bearing and the end cap are too loose (outside or too tight). Spray the metal on the journal when it is too loose; rework when it is too tight.
5. The bearing and the end cap are too loose (out of the outer circle) or too tight. End caps when loose; rework when overtight.
6. The end caps or bearing caps on both sides of the Tektronix motor are not assembled. Re-flattening.
7. The transmission belt is too tight or too loose, and the coupling is not centered and should be adjusted.
